Reception Area

Our reception and waiting area sits at the entrance to AM Space a calm, naturally lit spot for delegates and clients to settle in before a session.

Room 1

Our largest room, suited to training and hands-on clinical sessions. Set up for treatment or demonstration, with space to work comfortably in small groups.

Room 2

A bright lecture-style room for talks, workshops and larger groups, with tea and coffee laid on for delegates throughout the day.

A smaller, quieter room — ideal for one-to-one sessions, consultations or intimate group work.

Who we are

AM Space sits on the ground floor of Siemens House, Carliol Square, Newcastle City Centre.

The space is warm, filled with natural light and quiet, thoughtful design you’ll find throughout our clinic, just given over to you for the day.

Whether you’re running an injectables training day, shooting content, hosting a workshop, or bringing people together for something more personal, the space is yours to make your own for the duration of the hire, with everything you need close at hand.

What’s included

Tea and coffee are included, free of charge, with every booking, help yourself throughout the day from our bean-to-cup machine in reception, or the airpot and kettle kept in the lecture room for delegates on training sessions.

Lunch can be arranged on your behalf at £13 per head, with a minimum of two weeks’ notice so we can order in and confirm dietary requirements properly. Final numbers need to be with us no later than 3 days before your session, as our supplier can’t accommodate changes after that point.

If you’d like to bring in your own catering instead, just let us know in advance.

Hire Rates

Room hire starts from £200 per day, with combined-room rates available for larger bookings. You’ll find the full breakdown — including catering and any additional charges — on our downloadable rate card below.

Booking process

Enquire: tell us your dates, the room(s) you need and a little about your session.
Confirm: once we’ve checked availability, we’ll send over our terms and conditions and a short booking form to confirm the details, including any catering and room set up, just let us know numbers and requirements at least two weeks ahead.
Key holder (where needed): if you’ll need access outside our team being on-site, nominate a key holder to collect and manage keys for your hire period. Not every booking needs one.
Arrive: tea and coffee are ready for you, and our team can be on hand if you need anything.
