We start with your skin history: what your skin does day to day, what you have tried, what is currently in your bathroom cabinet and what you want to change. Then we assess your skin in person, looking at texture, tone, congestion, sensitivity and barrier health rather than guessing from a photograph.
From there we build your plan. That might include custom skin appointments, peels, microneedling or LED light therapy, alongside honest guidance on skincare that will actually help. If the best advice is to simplify what you are already doing, we will say so.
A skin consultation is the right starting point if you are dealing with breakouts, pigmentation, dullness, sensitivity or texture, if you feel you have tried everything without a result, or if you want a professional skin plan before spending any more on products.
A new client skin consultation is £30.
For your first skin treatment with us, ideally yes. It means your treatment is chosen for your skin rather than picked from a menu, and it keeps everything safe if you have sensitivity or are using active skincare.
No. We will tell you what your skin needs, which sometimes means fewer products than you are currently using. Any recommendations we make are because they will genuinely help.
Breakouts and congestion, pigmentation, redness and sensitivity, dullness, texture and early lines. If we think your skin needs GP or dermatology input instead, we will tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.
Sometimes, where your skin assessment shows it is safe and no patch test is needed. Otherwise we will book your first treatment at the right interval for your skin.
