From there we talk you through your options honestly, including the ones that involve no treatment at all.

We sit down and talk.
Not on a treatment couch under a bright light, just two chairs and a proper conversation about what has brought you in. We go through your medical history, talk about where you are, where you’ve been and where you’d like to be on your journey into treatment. We then look at your face (with you looking too) as a whole rather than zooming in on one line, and then tell you honestly what we would do and what we would not. We then create a treatment plan using your image taken in clinic so you can best understand how we would do things and why. We’ll set out an appointment plan, guide costings and make a decision on where to go from there.

Yes, and we would not have it any other way. Anti wrinkle injections use a prescription only medicine, so the law requires a face to face assessment with a prescriber first. But beyond the rules, the consultation is where the actual medicine happens. It is how we make sure a treatment is safe, sensible and right for you, not just possible.
A new client aesthetics consultation is £50. If you would like treatment in the same visit where it is safe to go ahead, our consult and treat appointment is £100. Any amount paid as a deposit or for the consultation is redeemable off any treatment you choose to go ahead with.

No, and there is no awkwardness if you do not. Plenty of people take their plan home, sit with it and come back weeks or months later. Some decide treatment is not for them at all. Both are good outcomes, and we mean that.
One member of our clinical team, from start to finish. We are led by Dr Bryony Elder a dentist and clinical trainer, and your consultation is always with a practitioner who can actually deliver the treatments being discussed. No handovers, no sales team, just the person who would be treating you.
Come as you are. It helps to arrive without heavy make up if you can, and to have a think beforehand about what bothers you and what you would like to get from treatment. Bring a list of any medications and any treatment history you can remember.
As long as it needs to. We keep our diary unhurried on purpose, because feeling rushed is the fastest way to make a decision you are not sure about. There is time to think, time to ask everything you want to, and nobody hovering at the door.
Yes, where it is safe and sensible.Book our consult and treat appointment and we do your full assessment first, then go ahead in the same visit if everything is straightforward. Some treatments need a prescription or a patch test first, and if that applies to you we will book you in properly rather than rush. Nobody gets treated here just because the appointment allows it.
You are exactly who this clinic was built for. Ametrine grew out of treating people who did not feel comfortable in a normal aesthetics practice, and that still shapes everything: a calm space, one person looking after you, and us telling you what happens before it happens, every step. Bring someone with you if that helps, ask us to slow down, or stop entirely. All of that is normal here.
